Private lessons allow students the benefit of 1-on-1 time with our professional staff, all of whom are performing artists. Private lessons give talented artists, whose talents may be exceeding the abilities of those in a group class, the opportunity to grow as a performer more quickly. They also allow a student who is preparing to pursue a post-secondary degree in the performing arts a chance to develop audition pieces for entrance exams. Adults active in community theatre may also wish to polish their singing or musical skills with lessons. The Community School also offers private students the opportunity to perform in recitals throughout the year.
