How to get a copy of your Hartford Conservatory Diploma School transcript.

For copies of your transcript, please submit in writing your:

1) Current name (as well as your name when you attended, if different).
2) Dates of attendance.
3) Current contact info: address, phone, cell, email.
4) Complete address of where transcript is to be sent.
5) $10 per transcript
